MIMS has been quite inactive though...The financials state that they were no lohger a concern or something like that. They also stated that Watson was actively involved with other interests, one of them being GRDO...I don't remember word for word, and don't have time to go re-read. What i got from it was that he found greener pastures with GRDO and put MIMS on the backburner. Watson was also heavily involved in real estate prior to GRDO and probably still dabbles a little in the RE market.

I just found it reassuring that GRDO is not his first attempt at leading a public company startup. From what I have found, MIMS was just plain bad timing...the real estate and mortgage markets did not cooperate.
