Alas, I'm afraid you are right. No wonder the SEC is under funded. they have to make good on all of IQ's losses, but he has no gains to give them in return. Hardly seems fair. Maybe what the SEC should do is suspend IQ1 from trading, then revoke his right to trade altogether.
