The issue that most effects PPS is the float and dilution. If they continue to use the convertible notes and shove free trading shares for into the market, it can be monitored if the TA gag is lifted.

If the leave the gag and the volume spikes and bids are taken out left and right and PPS plummets, it's not hard to see the dilution.

Transparency and moderate dilution plus building a real company with real news is the only play for heading and staying north of one penny.
