I am accepting dumped shares. I am buying here. I may be wrong, but that's part of the game. I have seen these say WHOOPS - we didn't approve the R/S and it pops before. Will it happen here? Who knows. I will eat .0004s if I am wrong..... but if it pops... this is a decent spot to pick them up.
