They were Suspended and then a few days later you were still able to buy CMKX shares again.

What kind of system do we have?
The only individuals that were not able to purchase shares were in Saskatchewan or something.

The SEC can't keep a stock Suspended!
All they had to do was come up with another reason to keep it Suspended for another 10 days and there were plenty to choose from.

You know it and we all know it... the SEC could have done more!
Yes the Congress is partially to blame for this since they have not given the SEC any authority. If the SEC is 100% certain with proof that something illegal is taking place they should be able to suspend a stock till the evidence is provided in the court to revoke it. Secondly when something involves this many thousands of shareholders it should be expedited and given top priority.

Fraud on a mass scale should be treated differently in the courts don't you agree?
