Perhaps Watson is too busy improving the business plan and would rather spend his time gathering customers first, then maybe appease the shareholders. Now if we weren't seeing so many marketing and infrastructure improvements on a regular basis, then I would be clammoring for a PR as well. IMO Watson's main focus is marketing to customers not to new investors. Of course it would be nice if he were doing both at the same time, but I would prefer what he is doing now rather than have him spending his time trying to attract investors so that he could inflate the PPS. This is reassuring to me in a way, if he is not Pumping then he most likely has no plans to dilute the SS.
