The Kendra video was meant for investors (and it is a message to investors on the IR pages), not for a PR campaign.
We didn't have information about whether or not Kendra was still involved, so she comes on and shows that she is...then we pick apart the video. People here are anxious, so the company tries to do something to let us know that they are working on things. Then we lynch them.
Whatever. There is no reason to be anxious about this. We know the track record....slow but methodical.
