Careful. Not sure if same situation, but cannot believe that it would not be as to what just happened to CHTRQ Charter Communications. The day they emerge from BK in most all cases the commons are canceled leaving you with nothing. Even if they do reemerge with new symbol which by the way could take up to 45 days, they start all over again. Your old shares do not transfer over to new symbol as far as I know.
