Patent? CES owns the patent.

Even though its irrelevant. There is simply no money to back production of Flushaway, at leat with PYCT. PYCT wont even be able to come up the initial $1,000,000 they owe CES (out of $5,000,000 total) to produce and market the product.

You dont need the patent finalized anyway - I often buy products that say "Patent Pending". The problem isnt the patent, its that CES has been fooling around with Flushway for a decade and failed miserably the last time - actually got it into Wal-Mart and K-Mart but still had an epic fail - they pulled the product due to extremely poor sales.

CES fell from the DOM's sales pitch - once CES figures out they will never cough up any cash, they will cancel the deal.
