I know Carnes dumping like that caused the crashed PPS. I dont know what conversation you were reading, but I never said otherwise. I was talking about why didn't Peter just sell the shares to investors at full price instead of giving them to Carnes discounted, but I have since found my answer. He owed Carnes money for helping them go public, they made an agreement to repay that way. But I can't understand after that was fulfilled why he would still sell to K&L discounted. I am saying he should have sold them to "us" and got the same amount of money with less shares.
