It is the most common way for the investors to receive shares for cash....get a discount off the current share price. Almost like interest on your money. I dont agree that it didnt matter when Carnes would sell...too early vs. later. The share price would have been higher, much stronger with the hype coming from the show. It mad ALL the difference in the world that he unloaded them right away. If you cant see the difference it is because you dont want to or you have another agenda....meow er woof.
