You are right...PC OEMs spreading different TPM silicon across their platforms, notably desktops vs. laptops.

He did mention that in the CC and it would indeed provide an extra incentive for Dell to provide ETS/ESC since they might very possibly implement different TPMs at the same time.

Well, we also know that even for single silicon PC OEMs that Wave offers the best platform anyways!
