Runncoach: They would need to have 30,000,000 shares pre-split, not 3,000,000 shares. 30,000,000 Divided by 600 equals the needed 50,000 shares.

The 50,000-share criteria eliminated a large number of shareholders, whether they sold out their position, or simply did not meet the post-split 50,000 number.
