olddog967, thanks for the clarification regarding recurring/current revenue. Excerpt from the report seems to be saying that if there is a true-up it will go to the quarter in which the agreement is reached...i.e., in our case, if an agreement is reached in this 4th quarter it will be considered revenue for 4th quarter. Did Toshiba pay us anything for past usage in the 3rd quarter when the agreement was reached?
