Chris, to the best of my knowledge, CMKM (including it's predecessor) only has one class of common stock. When the SEC revoked the registration, it applied to all shares in that class, even the ones purchased prior to Urban.
Having said that, the SEC has no jurisdiction over the validity of shares authorized and issued by a Nevada corporation, the laws of Nevada do. It's two separate and distinct issues. Again though, there is no differentiation within a class of stock. As long as they were legally authorized and issued according to Nevada law, a share is a share is a share.
