Thats exactly what I'm talking about how can institutions such as TD Waterhouse lie on a recorded conversation that they are unable to put in an order at such a price when I know very well that it can be done. That just gets my blood boiling!

Perhpas its not a limitation of their system but more like a scam to charge shareholders a higher price and pocket the difference?
