Hitting the ask doesn;t work when u have some impatient dumping. The PPS will only go up with pressure on the ask side, but when people are willing to sell at bid, it kills the bullish pressure. There's nothing wrong with letting someone dump some cheap shares of a stock you like into your portfolio, IMO.
