According to the company, yes. According to Redmoose, the jury is out. Lots of stuff about dividends in the PR but check the record dates - Jan and Feb. It looks like they want to try to get us all to hold til then and prevent a sell off immediately next week after the RS.

Not sure about the talk of uplisting as the RS would still leave us well short of the figures needed for that. More is still required if this company is to succeed.

On another interesting note - EVLN has just traded again for the first time for almost 2 months .
