considering the useless omnibus hearings that have been going on the past 2-3 months.. i have a gut feeling judge W isn't going to rule on anything. if anything, she's assisting the parties with the delaying as well. i dont think she wants to rule the SJ and rather have the two sides agree to a settlement.. maybe by the end of the year?... sure saves her grief and stress down the road. all the court is just a sideshow.. the real stuff is probably all happening behind curtains.
