Here is a response from the ECT Recovery Team earlier this summer regarding your question which was posted on IHUB. I believe the answer is quite clear! This was answered before the injunction in Quebec took place:

The intellectual property embodied in the current version of the CRAM and developments yet to be materialized belong entirely and exclusively to Effective Control Transport, Inc. Written assignments have been signed, patent applications filed and legal opinions obtained. It is not even an issue and we regard any attempt to suggest otherwise as a farcical attempt at disinformation.
We do not control Mr. Farbos. He will always be welcome within ECT. In the meantime, let us remove Mr. Huppé and recover ECT for the shareholders’ sake.
