This is a terrible thing to say and I know it may offend some of you.
I see no hope for our country. We are now totally dependent on China and other nations to loan us money just to keep our heads barely above water. Our government is not just printing money to support this economy, I wish it was that simple. They are printing IOUs, they are borrowing money. Our National debt from 1791 reached a high in 2002 of nearly 6 trillion. Since then it has doubled to more than 12 trillion and is expected to reach over 14 trillion next year. Our country is a debtor nation and whoever owns that debt owns this country.
Realist know we cannot pay this debt. Realist know that our government has no intention to stop borrowing. Realist know that whatever China and others who own this country wish to do they can do. The United States and Europe are in decline and the East is in ascendancy. Hate it, as I do, but there is nothing we can do to stop it.
Think about this for a minute. In another 30 years the population of Europe will be half what it is now. The United States will undergo huge demographic changes. As the old song goes, "Oh the times they are a changin."
Our government is made up of two groups. The first refuses to be responsible for the distress to the American people required to heal the nation financially. The second group has no interest in healing this economy but rather are participating in a concerted effort to destroy it so that it may be fashioned after a different model.
In the end there will be a world currency, a world government, and a new world order. The United States will be forced to join. A treaty made with a foreign entity has precedence over our constitution. It will all be very "legal" just like it really mattered. Free market capitalism is being replaced now with a different system. Government control of every aspect of life is the agenda of our government. This is the agenda of the world governments. The last best hope for mankind is being dismantled right before our eyes. There is no way that I can see to stop it. All of the warnings put forth by our founders as to what would destroy our republic are now come to fruition. It is almost as though they knew it was inevitable in the end.
There is a new world coming and a republic like the one we are losing will have no place in it.
