a liar then your opinion is wrong..

The term "Certain" is used and not "All"..Therefore you are using a scenario which is pure speculation..Since you are new to the company and have no idea what is going on..I would wait until after the shareholders meeting to make such speculations..Otherwise it looks like you are just trying to get in cheaper..Also your scanario of this being any kind of R/S is silly..It doesn't work that way with a dividend payout..I have been in many companies and at no time did the dividend end up cancelling out the companies core business or resulting in any kind of a reverse of the shares..In fact..Nothing is being lost to the shareholders of record as they retain their original shares and get more on top of those..So if anything..it is a forward split..For every ten you get one more...veno
