I have no idea what percentage of assets are being transferred. The number was left wide open and nothing at all was specified. You'll have to excuse me for being a skeptic. There are people in these markets that do nothing all day but sit around and make up ways to slide what is essentially an A/S increase past shareholders using some slieght of hand and doublespeak. I don't doubt the CEO is an honest guy, but I don't know that for sure. And this whole "spinoff" deal makes no sense at all from a business perspective. And I mean NONE.

So when you see all this hub-bub over something that can't be easily and simply rationalized in dollars and cents, I start looking for another reason that CAN be rationalized in dollars and sense. And that "asset transfer" just caught my eye. It may be nothing at all, but I would sure want to hear the CEO give me a percentage of the total assets to be transferred from the company who's stock I was invested in long before the vote to spin off "etc" comes up. At least see it read into the minutes. IMHO.
