I'm not talking about an expert on VTSI's situation, I'm talking about an expert who has seen these situations before, and knows how they evolve. How does a company with a million in sales rack up 10 million in debt? Why do the creditors behave the way they have? How are these things usually resolved?

A part of me just can't understand why this company isn't in Chapter 11.
