First, The company will have NO trouble finding buyers for restricted shares as a matter of fact there is a list of people
(many on this board who have participated formerly) waiting to buy when and "if" another Private Placement is offered including yours truly. The company turned numerous people away on this last offering as it had been closed without a single phone call having to be made by Ed Marshall. Investors were coming to him. The people who participated also continue to accumulate in the open market because they know these share prices are a gift. I'm buying everyshare I can in the open market and will do so for as long as possible.
As the first of the year nears I'm confident $$ will no longer be any issue and as it appears now, the ability to raise money is more on the order of standing in line and hope your numbers pulled :o)
