Calgary, Alberta--, Nov. 24, 2009 (Newsmakerradioone) -- Premium Petroleum, Corp. (Pink Sheets:PPTL) is pleased to announce that as of 11-20-2009 the company has acquired approximately 500 million shares and will issue instruction to the transfer agent to retire them. The company is also expected to release updates on the Grand Rapids Oil Sands and Boyne Lake projects in the next week.. "It is expected that in the next few weeks our transfer agent will receive the certificate(s) and complete the retirement", said President and CEO Bruce Thompson. "Our company has been working extremely hard over the last few years , to bring promise to our company and shareholders. We have seen extensive interest in our projects and land from outside companies, and will provide an update to our shareholders before the end of the month".
