Has someone figured out they only have to sell 5k shares at a time to lower the price in order to scare people into selling?

MM's need to be smarter about this. We had 8 straight ask slaps at .015 including a 500k purchase and they didn't move the ask up at all. Now we're lowering the bid on repeated 5k sells?
