Friday and Monday's dollar volume was good for this stock,but nothing compared to the dollar volume leading stocks trade.Lets say Friday and Monday was a total of $350,000 in dollar volume which it was not.If I took my 4 million shares to market at 0.02 (which I did not)that would be $80,000.It would only take 2.5 others holding that many shares to sell @ that price to cover the dollar volume we've had in the past 2 days.That to me means the past 2 days was nothing more then people taking profit on Friday and buyers were sucking them up and others were selling yesterday and the buyers dried up so the stock went down.Who was selling?Not that it matters to me,but imo There were plenty who came here from spamming other boards.When you have people buying due to spam of the new site coming and such?These traders didn't get 000's or 00's for that matter lol.So when the stock couldn't get through 0.02 imo some of those 0.01 plus buyers panic and sell,rather then relax and know what they own.
However 22 million shares in 2 days is nothing to get excited about.This stock needs to have 20 to 50 million share days to clean out the funk.Just for the record I spoke with Evan yesterday and I asked him about filings.His answer was the focus on filing begins after the new year.They are only behind on 1 10k the 2009 and 4 10q's.That's nothing in the way of dollars and or time being only the 10K gets audited and the 10q's get reviewed.They have an auditor in NY and I suspect there will be an 8k announcing the engagement of the auditor early 1st Q 2010.Evan's exact words were "unlike many companies that trade on the OTC and pinks we have a real business we're running".IMO when you put Evan's aggressive nature together with SJ's creative nature you could get a niche business poised for aggressive growth.This rings true even more when you consider the fact they are now looking to focus on wholesale and etail,not retail as much..
