No, not really. The responsibility was on the SEC to provide Rufus' guilt, not the other way around
So why did the SEC go for a default when they could have buried him with the evidence they said they had
In addition, why to it take so long to hand down a slap on the wrist decision?
There are way toooo many holes. Something doesn't add up, now does it?

Keep in mind that the DOJ/FBI have to prove Rufus's guilt, not the othere way around. Does lightning strike in the same place twice? In this case yes!
