And that was a civil matter, and right after that it was truned over to the DOJ for the criminal charges....
And Ruffus did not fight because there was nothing to fight the fact in the case were all against him. If he was telling the truth and had the "proof" and not lies and BS he would have gotten legal counsel and fought back, like any innocent person would have, but no he hid, filed way late and never showed up in court...Yup sounds like an innocen man to me. And you are correct biggest victory is right down the road Ruffus is going to get locked up. and hopefuly for a long time. So again why do you ignore facts and lies from Rufus and CSHD,....Want me to list PROVEN lies from Ruffus once again????? I can because I have saved it all.
