Its not all black and white.
If you think there was no NSS think again!

We have enough proof to present reasonable doubt that a formal investigation is conducted.
If there was no thing to hide why introduce the grandfather clause, why make it impossible to request certs, why tell shareholders lets just delete your shares they're no good because we want to help you, why go through all this trouble ????????????????????????????
