nothing but a Band-Aid for a gaping wound. if it wasn't so bad or so great that they announced a buyback, they wouldn't have announced it at 7:30pm.

plus, you don't announce a buyback if you are getting ready to settle with a nok or sam. that for sure dispels all the nok settlement rumors floating around.

say what you will but imo, we will see wholesale selling by the institutions. idcc just announced that they will lose .12-.13 this quarter. that wipes out all gains for the year. the money managers have clients to answer to and clients don't care about "potential", they want to see results.

i could be wrong, hope i am, but imo, the next couple of days could be very nasty. will be the first to "mea-culpa" if i am.
