Here is hwat dmiller posted and here is your response Jim. You even kicked in your concern now for LG. Which to me is a big negative statement and basically would be considered to me a scare type message. Certainly dmiller's is not a positive and in my opinion is designed to be a scare tactic message. I am still entitled to my opinion. I once again Jim have avoided being critical of you as a person but am staying focused on what I preceive as a negative post. I would appreciate your negative comments about me personally be stopped and just talk about if my post is wrong. Is that asking to much?

I'm more concerned about a Kyrocera license than I am about Nokia. 5-6 months have gone by without renewing them. I would imagine that they've been working on it a lot longer than that.

dmiller, Like you I'm concerned about a renewal of the Kyocera license. If they can get that deal done before year end it will really help as revenues should be retroactive from 06/30/2009.

If they can't get the deal done then it looks like we might have problems with LG too.

My comments on your post is why do you have to post at the present time about LG? That license isn't even up for renewal and yet you have tried maybe inadvertently to plant a seed that now LG wont renew. Maybe you don't think that is a negative post but to me and I will repeat to me, it appears to be negative and is talking negative about things that would be over a year away.
