Dear Shareholders:

I just wanted to give a brief update. Financials were finished on Friday, but the attorney could not review them
until Monday. Once they finish their review, we will post them, and that will bring us back to Pink Sheets
Preferred.

We are working on a complete update with results of the commercials and the internet sales. We are breaking
them down and will be giving a detailed plan for the balance of 2009, and the first quarter of 2010. We look
forward to posting our plans.
