BIEL
Let's keep this short and concise. We've all expected news from the Tylenol study, which I think are very significant.

Here's a link: http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/marketwire/0559348.htm

Now I don't know what the basher's are saying on forums but we all know that basher's will have their say on the study... remember that basher's never bash a bad stock. Also note that some will sell on release of any sort of news, good or bad, simply because they're following their trading strategy of buying on rumors and selling on news. Fundamentally speaking, selling now is more riskier than holding.

I will list the PROs and CONs about this study:

PROs:
Company fulfilled their promises yet again.
Study was conducted like they said; 1) control group; 2) acti-patch group; and 3) Tylenol group
Soreness reduction: Control group (3), Acti-patch group (1.5), and Tylenol (2.5)
Statistically very significant! Acti-patch doesn't harm your liver and doesn't cause hazardous side effects.
BIEL becoming popular amongst bigger institutions... Remember, most Tylenol users will look for an effective alternative to Tylenol. That being said, they will try ANYTHING that is available. Big pharma's know this, and with effective marketing implementation backed up by the FDA and a big pharma, will only mean more $$.
Company wouldn't release these details if they didn't think it was statistically significant in helping them generate exponential amounts of $$
CONs
No placebo group assigned in the specific study
Now let's compare it's magnitude. Very simply put, it was addressed by the company that the Tylenol study was specifically going to be conducted in 3 groups; the control, the acti-patch, and Tylenol group. They did not specify about a placebo group. Everyone knew this beforehand so there are no excuses to think the study was conducted in poor fashion. Yes, it didn't cost much to have this study but the statistics prove to be monstrous! It doesn't matter if there isn't a placebo group, it's already difficult to implement this type of study to complete accuracy. The magnitude of the PROs strongly outweigh the CONs... This is the type of result I want to see.

Ultimately it comes down to this very point. Study shows acti-patch's comparative effectiveness against Tylenol... This study is merely a bonus to all the DD we've done already- ITS A BONUS!

Key reminders:
People are willing to try new products especially if they're trying to find an alternative to a product that promotes health defects... this is purely logical.
Tylenol is getting a lot of consumer awareness... in a negative way: http://www.mnn.com/family/baby/blogs/new-study-links-acetaminophen-with-asthma
FDA approval on four 510(k) filings, potential company buy-out, and up-list on exchange are all imminent in my mind
Finally, I'd like to finish by asking you guys this...

Why has the FDA approved acetaminophen to be sold over the counter, all across the globe? Don't you think this dangerous drug should be for prescription purposes only? Well the FDA is concerned about their mistake, they're slowly exposing their fault if you haven't realized. Now if acetaminophen can be sold in our very own local convenience stores, don't you think an acti-patch could be sold there as well? Just like we need to shave before work everyday, some people also need an quick pain reliever as well. This is absolutely possible... BIEL has reached penny-land, however, I'm thinking dollar-land soon.
