Im not completely sure that the CD item has not been blown out of proportion eg converts into a billion plus shares. In reading bblack1 beneficial ownership post and the Ribotsky deal, it seems to me that no more than 4.99% of total registered/authorized shares are involved. Thats the way I read it anyway. They can sell as much of that 4.99% as they want when they want, but no more than that.

Sooner or later it will all come out in the wash,and someone more knowledgeable and without agenda will make things clearer for us less informed, but in the meantime the boardmarks will continue to grow, along with daily volume. I'll take my chances with this stock for a bit I guess.
