Most of the Companies IMO on the pink sheets are not worth investing in. People can start these companies by using a shell and then start making money, FOR THEMSELVES, not the shareholder. Look at the huge salaries and bonuses these people pay themselves. Directors make money buying selling to the company their privately owned cheap assets at a huge premium. It's all about making as much money as you can from niave investors before the scam is found out. HUMAN GREED I think it is called.
If CEO's and Directors were genuine in their business they would keep their salaries to a minimim and not take bonuses until they have shown they can build the Company up to such a stage that it is showing good profits and avoid reverse splits. That in turn helps the shareholders and Share price. More often than not the shareholders get screwed at every turn. Yet people still keep investing in these shams. All IMHO
