well it showed a few good things, one the share issuance moratorium is extended a couple months, two it shows great transparency as the publicly posted the NOBO list, and three it showed a quick response to probably many people complaining to the company about the volatility of the pps, so we have:

1. No dilution
2. Transparency
3. Good communication
