That... Or the MMs are not filling any buys right now, shaking out all that they can as cheap as they can, before letting it run right back up past .02 once nothing else is falling out anymore.

I would not be surprised at all if there were plenty of buys not getting filled right now, because the MMs know how much they stand to profit right now.
