Sir Felix: No way 9M in debt can be wiped off the books..The problem is the short-term debt for which VTSI is already in default. It would take probably 3-5M in sales, possibly more, to generate enough free cash to handle the short-term debt..The only obvious solution is to issue more shares or sell the company..I'm open to suggestion if anyone can come up with other ideas..ANYONE???
