I was reluctant to share this with this board as we have some who like to attack my posts as being to informative and sometimes letting the "cat out of the bag" or the old "loose lips sink ships"....but in your case I will share this. I was talking to JD for about 15 minutes Friday morning. During that whole conversation I never got a hint that something was going to be announced as JD and I talk business and personal stuff when we talk. I consider JD a friend just as much as he being the boss of a company I am invested in.

Anyways, during that 15 minute conversation JD mentioned that as the company has stated on many occasions the company still clearly states [b]"THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNDERVALUED"[/b]. NOT UNDERVALUED but EXTREMELY UNDERVALUED.

Now U and this board can take that for what it is worth! I hope to not only be a shareholder for years to come but a friend of JD's for years to come. He has some of the nicest people surrounding him .

I look forward to seeing many at the Shareholders meeting. I have been in contact with some and I personally am expecting 50+ at this meeting. Some are bringing their wifes and making a vacation trip out of it. Of course as with any meeting of people, U will have those who probably should not be in the same room together....lol...

Mostly those who I am in contact with own 10 million plus, one who is not a friend, family member or insider and never posts on this or any board owns 50+ million shares now, thanks to these discount prices. BOY AM I JEALOUS!

The pps now does not reflect what the D & D alone is worth and now he is giving us shares in "ETC" which IMO will be worth over a $100 million in revenues on its own within 12-18 months.

Sorry to have rambled on, but I see new faces here that I personally would like to see be winners especially in todays economy. To see people here who wish to distroy those dreams, well I just cannot fathom.
