This is what i see....

The stock moves up and down on very light volume ( The price was up 26% on 3.5M shares http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=43728903), but the problem is we have not seen consistent buying for more than a 1 hour time, ( do you agree?) so what happens is the price will move up say 20-25% like it did today then it stalls... Today we reached .0127 and then the price stalled and dropped.. IF we managed to get over .013 Im certain it would have run quite a bit higher, since .013 is our 1st major resistance...( We never seem to break over resistance )

SInce it failed to break over resistance 2 things occurred..

1. Flippers saw that as an exit, so they started whacking the bid.
2. The manipulator capitalized off the bidwhacking, and began dropping the ask down with the whacks on the bid..

When you see a stock trading at .0125 for an hour then all the sudden it drops to .011 the ask SHOULD remain .0125 UNLESS a new seller decides to put a sell below the previous .0125 asking price.. This is fairly normal and happens with many stocks, but the difference with IOVE that i see is NITE along with AUTO continue to drop the ask thus giving the impression there are more sellers when in fact the ask is being dropped with 5k or 10K sells... NOBODY knows how many shares are for sale. All people see is the MM dropping the price, so out of frustration they also dump on the bid causing the price to fall back..

I've been trading long enough to see when a stock is being manipulated... Today was a perfect example of what im saying... The price ran to .0127 on fairly good volume... Once short term intraday indicators began peaking people started flipping shares on the bid thus DROPPING the bid price.. Its VERY common for the ask to also drop once this occurs, but not the way it does with IOVE.. We see multiple MM's stack on the ask giving the impression there is large seller when in fact those MM's are being represented with TINY sells.... PRoblem is once people see the MM On the ask they have NO idea how many shares they actually have for sale until someone pays the ask...

After we dropped from .0127 to .01 on VERY light volume everyone became discouraged and stopped buying on the ask out of frustration.. So basically what appeared to happen is the stock dumped and we were back to square 1.. Fact of the matter is all those shares from .01 to .0127 were cleared out, and there were probably only a few sellers that put sells in after the drop..

The price sat at .0101x.0107 for a while today with NO volume.. Then if you noticed a few small buys pushed the price back up.. After the .011 got taken out the ask jumped to .0127.... NORMALLY the ask would remain at .0127, but NITE dropped right back down giving the impression that there were more shares left to be sold when in fact NITE didnt have anything to sell, but since they dropped the ask it gives the impression the shares being sold are endless..

This same exact thing happened when the price was in the .004 range.... There were 2 separate occasions that the price ran to the .006 range only to get slammed back to .004 and die..

This will all change, and Im willing to bet we have a HUGE volume day where we run like crazy.. From there we explode..
