regarding real estate deal with Paramount Development (WMT)
BJ (the Realty woman) called me this morning and said she should know something
for sure soon after Thanksgiving...

they offered 2.3X~ apparaisal value..
vast majority asking 3x appraisal + 6% realty fee..

IF this falls thru, I've done been talking to a site procurement
guy at CBL Properties as a 'back-up'...
CBL is based here and it is on
NYSE..they don't fool around and are not based out of state
in Beckley, West Virginia..

guess I will know something soon...
