Just spoke to Boby Mortorano. Asked her if she is investor relations.. but he answer was really that she only puts out what is already out..
Basicaly she is not official full time investor relations.
She could not offer me any info at all, besides what she said is already posted out by company. She said i would have to talk with Ceo Nicholas Toms.
Asked about share structure, she said that she can only give me what is posted out already. I commented that share structure could be changed already or enlarged but that they are not obliged to really put it out, because they are pink sheets.
She kind of commented that it could be the reason.
Asked if they are ready to put any news out.
She said they are working on things but she does not know if they will put any news out.
Told her that alot of people are invested and interested in the stock , which company should probably be happy about that they have new shareholders and interest in the stock,
but that with no news the stock price is going back to the bottom.
She said she has no control over it.
( Well they actualy do, because they are the ones in charge of putting out info or not)
So, she is a nice lady, but she is not the official ir imo. She is just helping out.. maybe direct people to info that is already there.. nor she wanted to call herself a IR person.
So thats the deal.
Talk to the ceo if you can get him.
I left my number and name to talk with ceo. Even though i think there are far more knowlegable people then me that should talk with him.
But imo, any company should care whether they have shareholders or not and if shareholders are sticking with them or not.
Its important for any company.
If they dont care, that is the answer in itself.. or its not time for them to care, which is again answer in itself to us that are invested in it now.
