What you have posted is very old NEWS at this point! And by far not current in terms of progress and available information!

If you would have read the News and previous Board Posting which I have included below! The two sides its sounds like are going to settle! Everybody Wins the way I see it with more money being put in to revitalize the business model and onwards they they go!

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) — Donald Trump has made a deal designed to pull three of his Atlantic City properties out of bankruptcy. It allows bondholders battling for control of Trump Entertainment Resorts' three Atlantic City casinos to retain Trumps' trademark name. He would retain a 10 percent stake in the firm.
