I have sat down here with the BEHL family for good or for worse, everyday since June. Some days it was after breakfast. Some days after lunch. And alot of time spent here in the evening. I have come to think of most of you as friends. I have not agreed with all of you but have come to respect you all. Even ctp93 because even if he does not like BEHL, he at least has a horse in a race. Not this race but at least he plays the pinks. There has been only one that has not earned my respect and that is because he does not play any pinks and has nothing on the line in any pinksheet.
I have never told anyone to buy or sell any stock. I don't use terms like "to the moon" or "down the toilet" about any stock. A lot of my post were links to either PR's or news links or product links. I posted the PR's in good faith that they were factual.
There has been 49 PR's since July 1 from BEHL. I can not find one that is verifiable. This is not to say that I overlooked something. I have called Comfort Sytems. I have e-mailed Dennis. He answered every one till I asked him to provide the information about the CE that he adamantly proclaimed that he would release before the weekend was up after the CC. It was this e-mail that he refused to answer. This was not addressed in the clarification PR that came out on the following Monday and still has yet to be resolved. He said he could "PROVE" that he had done everything that was asked of him but take responsibility for the previous owners of the shell.
I can understand that. But why promise if you have no intent to follow through? Then I see that one of the previous owners of the shell (Pawson) is now showing up on the PR's. There is something very fishy about this.
I checked Edgar online for the 504 filing and could not find any filings. Pawson, Fisher, Beaton, Third Party Shares, never filed a legal 504 to raise a million dollars. I have not found anything that verified the 500k grant. I have not seen anything about the 6th richest guy in China opening his wallet. Yet they are PR'ing their world travels. Where is this money coming from? They have not delivered a single PBR. No bags of algae being flattened into biodiesel. No revenue coming in for almost a year now, they are broke, but they can travel; and pay salaries. Does everyone work for free?
Here is my discloser: I was out of stocks other than SIRI which I held for 4-5 years beforing selling this last month. BEHL was my first purchase once I got back in. I really liked the design of the PBR BEHL has. I just wished one could be fully functioning by now. I have since bought and/or sold 39 different pinksheet stocks. I am currently in 14 of them now. I have posted on a few boards but not like I have posted here. I also had bought shares in BEHL for my mother's account.
I have referred friends and employees to this stock. Although except for my mother's account, I have not told any of them to buy or sell without doing their own DD. I have sold all my shares of BEHL. I put most of what I had left into IDGI and have recovered almost 40% in 4 days. I put my mother's money in mostly CCAJ and she has recovered 60% in about the same time.
Do I blame anyone here on this board for my losses.NO.NO. and NO. I chose my own path as I have chosen this new path. My wish for everyone here is that you make your losses back or if you are still green that you make more. But as I stated before, it has been like sitting down with friends. I hope I can still have that with those on here that I feel like we have forged a friendship with.
