DC..IMO you will not see any purchase of stock by the company. As I believe Loophole pointed out,there are certain "safe-harbor" gudelines that prevent a company from repurchasing stock if there is an acquisiton on the horizon, whether IDCC is doing the acquiring or the alternative. Think about it: the company does not want to be liable for potentially boosting the price of their shares in either case.

If the company starts to repurchase, in my mind, it means that whatever was in the works has fallen apart. JMO
