I'm not sure, but maybe this is it:

If you recall, some people were told by their brokerages that the brokers didn't know what kind of restriction had been applied to the UCAD shares, and were waiting to hear about that. I see that now your UCAD "restricted" has been changed to UCAD "restricted SEC Act 1933", which means that they're 144 stock.

So I believe the change was made simply to clarify that the stock is subject to normal 144 restrictions.
