It does make you wonder, but somebody has definitely been buying.

I think the WMB bondholders are just making their presence be known and don't have a valid claim to anything from WMI itself, but there is no doubt in my mind that the DC court will be re-valuing the sale (especially after THJRC's remarks about Wachovia etc.), and when that happens, all will be golden in the eyes of the bankbondholders.

Numbers don't lie, people do.
