My reading says 2.3 million shares, with no exact disclosed monetary value. what is the SEC doing? They left the $ blank. The Amount was partially disclosed in the checkbox.

The dollar amount is what the SEC fees are based on, so it was less than a million dollars. A $37.50 fee if I remember the numbers right.

It was a 506 offer. The investors were "qualified investors" as defined by the commission.
